WanYin, as a smart product brand, is committed to helping children develop good habits through intelligent products and services. They understand that childrens ktv growth journey is filled with exploration and challenges, and thus aspire to provide childrens KTV with an enjoyable and effective learning platform through innovative products.
WanYin possessed an advanced smart algorithm system that could accurately correct children’s incorrect pronunciation and undesirable vocabulary. However, they faced a challenge in transforming this technological advantage into a practical product and delivering it to users through an appropriate approach.
Creative Conception: We envisioned a child-friendly KTV product design that combines devices and software. This product offers not only intelligent pronunciation correction but also diverse game elements, allowing children to learn through play and grow through learning.
Exterior Design: We took into account children’s psychological characteristics and aesthetic preferences in the exterior design, blending cartoon elements with a technological aesthetic to create a cute yet stylish product. Additionally, we designed two microphones to encourage parent-child interaction or friendship collaborations between children, and also crafted a series of microphone covers featuring different animal designs to offer users personalized choices.

During the structural design phase, we focused on the product’s manufacturability and cost-effectiveness. By optimizing the selection of materials and manufacturing processes, and refining the disassembly and assembly methods, we successfully translated the design concepts into mass-producible products that satisfy production chain needs with lower costs and higher efficiency.
We understood that this product is not just a practical learning tool for users; it also serves as a symbolic gift of love and expectation from parents. Therefore, we designed the packaging to present the product as a dreamlike gift, enabling parents to convey their love and hopes for their children’s bright future.
Collaborating closely with WanYin, we completed the electronic hardware and software development, prototype production, and testing. Through continuous iteration and optimization, we ensured the product’s stability and reliability, especially when integrating the Graphene Heating Controller.
Before entering the production phase, we conducted a thorough DFM (Design for Manufacturability) analysis to simulate every step of the actual production process, aiming to identify and address potential issues. Ultimately, we successfully launched this product into the market, receiving widespread praise from users.
For WanYin, this children’s KTV product successfully transformed their technological strengths into a practical product, enabling them to expand into new market segments and attract a broader user base. For users, this product provides an engaging learning platform for children, fostering good language and behavioral habits. At the same time, it serves as a bridge of love and expectations between parents and children, enhancing family harmony.
