Project Process

Step 1

Beauty Device Design

  • Research: In the initial stage of the project, we conducted in-depth market research, analyzing trends in the beauty device market, the characteristics of competitors’ products, and consumer needs and expectations. Additionally, we had multiple discussions with V.DER to clarify the target user group, product positioning, and pricing.
  • Industrial Design: With a clear understanding of the product’s requirements and positioning, our design team began working on the industrial design. Emphasizing fashion and technology, we also considered users’ operating habits and comfort. After several rounds of design iterations and reviews, the product’s appearance and internal layout were finalized.
  • Mechanical Design: Based on the industrial design, our engineering team delved into the detailed mechanical structure design. We considered the product’s durability, safety, and manufacturing cost, determining the structural dimensions, material selection, and manufacturing process through precise design and calculation.

Step 2

Engineering

  • DFM (Design for Manufacturability) Evaluation: At the beginning of the engineering phase, we conducted a DFM evaluation to ensure the design’s manufacturability and economy. We assessed the product’s production process, material selection, assembly method, and predicted and addressed potential issues.
  • Hardware Development: After passing the DFM evaluation, we began hardware development. We selected high-performance components, designed the circuit board, and conducted soldering. Additionally, we tested and debugged the hardware to ensure its stability and reliability.
  • Firmware Development: Parallel to hardware development, our firmware development team commenced control program development. We programmed the beauty device’s control program, enabling precise control of multi-level RF energy, the cooling function, and user interface interaction. During development, we prioritized stability and usability, ensuring users can easily operate the product.

Step 3

Beauty Device Prototyping

  • Prototype Fabrication: Once hardware and firmware development were completed, we produced a product prototype. The prototype, a sample created based on the design and engineering drawings, serves to validate the product’s function and performance.
  • Testing: After prototype fabrication, we conducted several rounds of functional, performance, and user experience testing. We simulated user scenarios and evaluated the product’s various indicators. Additionally, we invited target users for trials, gathering their feedback and suggestions. Based on the test results and user feedback, we made appropriate optimizations and improvements to the product.
